Stretch! This exercise feels good and helps to give you more freedom of movement to do what you need to do and the things you like to do.
Balance! So important in every move we make! Balance exercises strengthen leg and core muscles that help prevent falls and keep us independent.
Why Sit & Be Fit Class??
When you get up in the morning do you feel stiff and rusty? It sure would feel good to loosen those joints.
Sitting there thinking about how bad you feel, is NOT going to help!
