About Our Expansion Plans

Growth means the good life at Manor Park gets even better!

The Village at Manor Park continues expansion plans by adding new homes in wonderfully landscaped areas. Nearly 100 home sites for active adults have been identified for development. Thirteen, one-story floor plans have been introduced ranging in size from 1000 to 2100 sq. ft. All homes are covered under a service plan designed to provide maintenance and lawn care.

The New Clubhouse is Here!


The Margaret Cowden Clubhouse and Deane Stoltz Wildcatter's Grill are the latest additions in the expansion at The Village at Manor Park. Activity rooms and an expanded dining area with a grill for indoor and outdoor dining are included. A "games" room with game and shuffleboard tables, attracts activity and sport enthusiasts throughout the day.
