Assisted Living at Helen Greathouse Manor provides residents the assistance they need and the independence they desire. Help with daily activities is tailored to individual needs. Residents enjoy comfortable private apartments, inviting common areas, delicious meals and engaging social activities.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept direct admissions for Assisted Living?
Yes, you don't have to be an Independent Living resident of Manor Park to become a resident in Assisted Living. Our Independent Living residents and Future Residency Club members, however, have priority access to Assisted Living.
Does Helen Greathouse Manor accept pets?
Yes, we do accept pets. We have a pet policy with guidelines to ensure a harmonious transition for you and your pet.
What if my family member needs assistance with their medication, bathing and dressing assistance, or getting to and from the dining room?
Medication assistance, bathing and dressing, transfer to and from the dining room and activities can certainly be provided.
How is the Assisted Living fee paid?
There are three possible ways to pay the monthly fee: Private pay, Long Term Care Insurance per the insured's policy, and the Veteran's Administration benefits per qualifying guidelines.
Does Medicare pay for Assisted Living?
No, Medicare does not pay any portion of Assisted Living.
What is included in the base rate of your Assisted Living fee?
Three meals a day, housekeeping six days per week, weekly laundry services, all utilities including basic television cable, and medical transportation.
