By including Manor Park in your estate plans, retirement accounts, or trusts, you join a special community committed to sustaining excellence in care, community, and connection. Every year this group of thoughtful generous people will grow along with the good their gifts accomplish.

Your Intention Matters

Who Can Join?

Anyone who has included Manor Park in their estate plans may become a Manor Park Legacy Society member.

Planned gifts may include:

  • A gift through a will or trust
  • Retirement account beneficiary designations, including an IRA or 401(k)
  • Life insurance policies
  • Donor Advised Funds
  • Other estate-planning arrangements

There is no minimum gift required. Your intention to support Manor Park’s future is what matters most.

The founding group of the Legacy Society who pledged an estate gift before April 2027.

Legacy Society Members

Individuals who join the Legacy Society after April 2027 by including Manor Park in their estate plans.

Legacy Honorees

Caring individuals who named Manor Park in their estate and whose gifts continue to benefit residents today.

  • Be invited to the Manor Park Legacy Society Dinner held in the brand-new Cultural Center in May 2027 and future events
  • Appear in the Manor Park Legacy Society listing (with opt-out option for anonymity)
  • Receive a distinctive pin in recognition of your generosity

  • Maintain and enhance Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Healthcare programs

What brings you the most meaning?

You can direct your gifts to specific programs of your choice. Legacy gifts can be directed to existing endowment funds like benevolent care. A list of existing funds can be found below.

Named endowment funds can be started with a bequest of $25,000 or more. Endowment funds can support general operations of Manor Park, or be restricted to Benevolent Care, Maintenance, Employee Scholarships, or other areas of Manor Park.

There are many ways to make a lasting gift to Manor Park beyond
the options listed here:

  • Refundable Entry Fee – direct all or part of your entry fee refund
  • Beneficiary – bank, brokerage, retirement plans, donor advised funds, and life insurance policies
