A Sincere
Thank You!
Thanks to the extraordinary generosity of our donors, the dream behind the Age of Renewal campaign has become a reality beyond what we imagined. In just one year, your gifts helped us surpass our $28.5 million goal—raising an incredible $31 million to transform our campus and strengthen the Manor Park legacy for generations to come. Every contribution, large or small, reflects a shared belief in our mission to provide exceptional living, care, and purpose for older adults. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for renewing not just our campus, but the spirit of community that defines Manor Park.

A New Era for
Senior Living Begins
A lasting legacy is taking shape at Manor Park as we begin an exciting new chapter in senior living. With your support, we will bring meaningful enhancements to life by:
- Creating a welcoming new main entry for residents and visitors.
- Build a state-of-the-art wellness center to encourage healthy, active aging.
- Refreshing our dining and amenity spaces to foster community and hospitality.
- Consolidating professional offices for greater efficiency and service.
This is more than a renovation; it is a renewal of our commitment to those we serve. Together, we ensure Manor Park remains a place where seniors thrive, families find peace of mind, and our community continues to grow stronger for generations to come.

Age of Renewal
Groundbreaking Ceremony
Manor Park has broken ground on its $31 million Age of Renewal Capital Project, launching a major campus modernization following more than three years of planning and fundraising in Midland, Texas. The project will update and repurpose key buildings, create new wellness and educational spaces, and ensure the nonprofit life plan community can better serve current and future residents for decades to come.
At a January 15, 2026 groundbreaking ceremony, leaders, residents, donors, and community partners celebrated the campaign’s success, highlighted by $31 million raised from 134 donors and lead support from The J.E. & L.E. Mabee Foundation, as well as additional support from the Scharbauer Foundation, FMH Foundation, and many other contributors. Construction and demolition are beginning immediately, with work expected to take 15–18 months.
