Park Perspective: Independent Living Homes in Village South

Village South is Manor Park's neighborhood of custom built, single-family homes, designed for residents who want their own front door and their own yard without losing the connection to the rest of campus. It is the newest addition to Manor Park's independent living options, bringing that same easy connection to the rest of the community.

Custom Built Homes in Village South

Each home in Village South is a true single-family residence, with a private yard, a two-car garage, and no shared walls with a neighbor. Four floor plans are available:

• Chaparral: 1,579 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms
• Willowbrook: 1,657 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms
• Hambrook: 2,067 square feet, three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms
• Southbrook: 2,350 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms

Community Amenities Close to Home

Village South residents share the same amenities as the rest of Manor Park's independent living community. The community center hosts a walking group and yoga class, line dancing and painting classes, and gatherings like a neighborhood potluck or birthday celebration throughout the week.

Dining rounds out daily life just as easily. Residents can grab breakfast or lunch at Barney's Café, a full meal at Dollye's Bistro, or a burger at Wildcatter's Grill, all within reach of home.

A library and an on-site chapel with chaplaincy services are also part of daily life here, available to every Village South resident.

Enhancements Underway at Manor Park

Construction is currently underway on new enhancements across the Manor Park campus, including a converted Wellness Center with space for fitness classes and casual recreation.

Manor Park is a nonprofit Life Plan Community in Midland, Texas, and the only community in the area offering a full continuum of care. Village South residents get a home built around them and the rest of Manor Park close by. To see Village South in person or ask about available homes, contact the Manor Park team.
